Lexie Gaines

Lexie brings a wealth of expertise to each transaction with over a decade of experience in home sales, technology-first marketing, rehabilitation/resale, and project management.

In 2012, she began her career in Santa Clarita while expanding into the greater LA and Ventura County areas. Her knack for identifying lucrative opportunities and maximizing returns not only fosters lifelong, repeat clients, but has also led them to confidently refer their family, friends, and coworkers. 

Lexie grew up in the Antelope Valley, where she attended Desert Christian and Paraclete High School. After receiving her Associates Degree at Cal State San Marcos in San Diego, she became a longtime resident of Santa Clarita while finishing her education at Cal State Northridge, graduating with a Bachelor's Degree in Sociology, minoring in Criminology and Criminal Justice. 

Starting in Real Estate as a Buyer's Agent for a local real estate team that specialized in purchasing homes, site unseen at all-cash auctions, she quickly became familiar with all aspects of distressed property sales, flips, auctions, and the probate process. While working full time in the industry, Lexie also served as the Marketing Chair from 2013-2020 for the SCV Youth Project, a nonprofit organization that provided free mental health services to teens and their families on school campuses for the Santa Clarita Valley until closing their doors due to the Coronavirus. 

Later that year, she moved to the Valley with her husband, Evan Gaines, a local attorney whose boutique firm in Westlake Village focuses on Employment Law. The couple and their long-hair chihuahua, Walter, welcomed a baby boy in the summer of 2021 naming him Kash, which means, "Our Universe." When Lexie is not selling homes, locating off-market buying opportunities, or overseeing a renovation, you can likely find her playing super heroes with her toddler, eating at Disneyland, or traveling with her family on points (an obsession).
